Exchange Policy -
Customers are eligible for size exchanges or any exchange under other circumstances within 7 days from the date of purchase. We are only able to provide an exchange for the exact item originally ordered. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges based on preference changes. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Exchange Policy -
Size exchanges will not be accepted after the 7-day exchange period has expired. Also, you need to pay the shipping cost for the initiated exchange. Exchange process takes 15 to 20 days.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED !
Unboxing Video Requirement: Please record an unboxing video when you receive your product. The video should clearly show the unopened package, the product being removed from the packaging, and the entire product in full view.
• Important: The unboxing video is required as evidence for any exchange or damage-related complaints.
• No Video, No Exchange: If an unboxing video is not provided, or the entire product is not clearly shown in the video, we regret that we will not be able to process any complaints or requests for exchange.
