Products Purchased in any Sale are not available for return. Only size exchange is available if the products are in stock . Please order accordingly.

We do not have "MONEY REFUND" Policy.
Size Exchange
Terms and Conditions for Apparel Exchange
1. Exchange Window
- Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Size exchange is not free, you have to pay shipping charges for it.
- It can take up to 48 hours to accept your request.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items with stains or damage ( unless received in that condition ) will not be eligible for exchange.
3. Valid Reasons for Exchange
- Size mismatch
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defects
4. Non Exchangeable Items
- Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories ( for hygiene reasons )
- Custom-made or personalized items.
5. Exchange Process
- Customers must initiate an exchange request on Exchange/Return Portal or mail the request om iwearindie2@gmail.com
- Once approved, the items will be picked up and upon verification, the exchange will be processed
- Pickup will be attempted 2 times, If you failed to be available at the time of pickup, then we will ask customer to ship the product on their own
- For Delivery address or any other query related to exchange mail us on support.iwearindie.com
- Whole process can take 14 -15 working days. Updates will be provided on your registered mail ID
6. Stock Availability
- Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit/ coupon code or an alternative product maybe offered.
7. Final Decision
- The company reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the terms are not met.
8. Return to origin ( RTO )
- In case of RTO due to wrong phone number, address, or customer unavailability.
- For prepaid orders, customers will have to pay Rs.200 delivery and RTO charges to receive the order again.
- For Partial COD orders, customers will have to place the order again, and the partially paid amount will ne non-refundable.
